The Infamous Masterson’s , positioned in the vibrant core of Moonee Ponds, advertises itself as a stylish, alternative venue , but my latest trip at this establishment turned into one of the worst experiences of my life . While the bar may seem appealing from the exterior , what I experienced behind its threshold was disgraceful and unfit for any venue.

The Condition of the Premises : Grimy and Abandoned
From the moment I walked in , it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority at this establishment . The floors were sticky , and a nauseating aroma of uncleaned spills and neglected washrooms polluted the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of human waste, old age and sour vomit . The bar area , which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was littered with unwashed glassware and debris that looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages .
